Ben Henderson
Benson Henderson (born November 16, 1983) is an American mixed martial artist. He fights for the UFC in their lightweight division and is a former WEC Lightweight Champion. He is known for his aggressive style and his ability to escape from deep submission attempts.
With extensive training in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Taekwondo, Henderson holds notable victories over Shane Roller, Jamie Varner, Mark Bocek, and Donald Cerrone (twice). His first bout with Cerrone in October 2009 was deemed Fight of the Year by many observers.
