The pair reportedly had to be pulled apart following Saturday's draw with Sunderland at Etihad Stadium which saw Mancini's men los further ground in the Premier League title race
Manchester City duo Mario Balotelli and Yaya Toure were involved in a furious dressing room bust-up following Saturday's 3-3 draw with Sunderland, according to The Daily Telegraph.
The Italian striker had already clashed with team-mates on the field at Etihad Stadium over a free-kick which was eventually taken by Aleksandar Kolarov. The 21-year-old had a heated exchange with the full-back before being led away by captain Vincent Kompany. It is reported that Balotelli stormed down the tunnel after the game to confront Yaya Toure and the pair were involved in a huge row before being separated by the Ivorian’s brother, Kolo.
The duo had previously clashed in City’s defeat to Swansea earlier in the month, and the 21-year-old has also reportedly been involved in training ground spats with Micah Richards and former Blues defender Jerome Boateng. Despite the former Inter man scoring twice in the game against the Black Cats, boss Roberto Mancini revealed he was close to substituting Balotelli. He also admitted he cannot trust the striker amid reports that City are prepared to listen to offers for him in the summer.
