Copa America 2011 Paraguay vs Venezuela Result

Grenddy Adrian Perozo scored a stoppage-time equaliser with the help of keeper Renny Vicente Vega as Venezuela hit two goals in three minutes to claim a sensational draw in Salta.
Trailing 3-1, Venezuela pulled one back in the 89th minute via Nicolas Fedor. But Vega rushed to meet a corner with an angled header to set up Perozo's leveller two minutes into stoppage time.
With Venezuela already through to the quarter-finals, the result sees Paraguay join them in the last eight. After taking the lead in the fourth minute through Jose Salomon Rond, Venezuela were pegged back by a close-range effort from Wigan's Antolin Alcaraz.  


Striker Lucas Barrios scored from close range and Christian Riveros gave Paraguay a two-goal cushion with a header five minutes from time, but the surprise team of the tournament were not ready to give up.
The surprise team of the tournament, Venezuela finish Group B with five points, two more than a Paraguay side that have three draws in the preliminary stage.
