Levante UD
Levante Unión Deportiva, S.A.D. (Spanish), also known as Llevant Unió Esportiva (Valencian), is a Spanish football club based in Valencia, in the namesake community.
Founded in 1939, it plays in La Liga, holding home games at Estadi Ciutat de València. During the early 1980s, Dutch superstar Johan Cruyff briefly played one season for the club, shortly before retiring.
